Important Details
- A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve. Applied toward your total.
- Extra boxes beyond plan: $50 each. We provide all boxes — 15/25/40 included depending on plan.
- Additional rooms beyond plan: $500 each.
- Oversized items (couch, bed frame, dining table): $75+ each depending on size.
- Remaining balance + 5% processing fee due 1 week before move-out. A payment link will be sent to you.
- Final price confirmed after a walkthrough or photo assessment of your apartment.
